On Friday, May 10th, the Hilliard Davidson Choirs will present their annual Pops Concert. This year's concert is titled "New Beginnings." The songs are centered around themes of starting new, moving on, and remembering the past. As we charge towards the end of the school year, we remember just how much we've changed since the start of fall semester. We consider that many of our seniors will be starting their own new chapters beyond Davidson. We imagine the start of many new beginnings as summer inches closer, one school year closes, and a new one begins.
Get ready to dance with selections from The Wiz and music by Gloria Estefan. You're sure to cry with arrangements of Billie Eilish and music from Dear Evan Hansen. This concert will feature solo acts, small ensembles, an instrumental combo, and will feature the Davidson Concert Choirs, Symphonic Choir, Senior Choir, and Blue Kids on the Block.
